Nestled among gentle hills, our apartment provided a welcoming simplicity, complete with a kitchenette perfect for preparing quick meals-ideal for our 3-year-old! Beatrice and Mario extended such warm hospitality, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was a good surprise, featuring fresh eggs and homemade jam, which I savored with my family while soaking in the garden views. We also discovered the little splash pool on-site, which was an absolute joy for our son-it's perfect for young kids needing a fun diversion. Pro tip for fellow travelers: bring some mosquito repellent, as these little critters do make an appearance. I wholeheartedly recommend La Casa Nettarina for a family retreat that feels both intimate and steeped in the charm of Italy-it's a spot we will surely return to!
